The fall market is upon us! Here are the numbers for residential real estate last month. News of the Federal Reserve lowering interest rates was a big highlight this month! Although, mortgage interest rates have dropped from the previous year already. Buyer demand is high, but inventory is still low. Elections can significantly impact the housing market due to uncertainty and shifts in economic policies. Historically, this is normal for election season and history has shown that post election the real estate market experiences elevated activity.
