✦ Why I Love Staten Island ✦

Staten Island has always felt a little different from the rest of New York City — and that’s part of what makes it so special.
With its tree-lined neighborhoods, waterfront views, parks, and close-knit communities, Staten Island offers a lifestyle that blends the energy of New York with the comfort of suburban living. Many neighborhoods have a quieter residential feel, yet you’re still connected to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey through the Staten Island Ferry, bridges, and highways.
One of the things I love most about Staten Island is the variety of neighborhoods. From historic homes on the North Shore to the established communities of Mid-Island and the highly sought-after South Shore neighborhoods, each area has its own character and charm.
Staten Island is also home to incredible parks and natural spaces like Clove Lakes Park, the Greenbelt, and the South Shore waterfront, giving residents access to nature that’s rare in a city environment.
As someone who has spent many years helping buyers and sellers here, I’ve come to appreciate not only the homes and neighborhoods, but also the strong sense of community that makes Staten Island such a wonderful place to live.
