If you’re looking for things to do on Staten Island this May, Clay Pit Ponds State Park Preserve is hosting a full calendar of free family-friendly events for all ages.

From nature walks and birdwatching to seasonal crafts, hiking, and community programs, this South Shore preserve offers a great opportunity to enjoy Staten Island’s outdoor spaces this spring.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Outdoor programs are weather permitting. Visitors are encouraged to wear hiking boots or sneakers, tall socks, long pants, and bug spray for tick-safe protection.
